FINANCIAL POLICY

As a courtesy,we will bill your insurance company for you.Most insurance plans allow direct assignment of benefits to our office.Your out of pocket expense will include what the insurance does not cover. This can include: co-payments,deductibles,and costs beyond your yearly maximum. Your portion is payable on the day services are rendered. We will attempt to assist you with all aspects of insurance to help you maximize your benefits. Please bring your insurance card with you for each visit.
